Although the last few years have presented us all with challenges, we did what great teams do; we persevered and came through it stronger thanks in large part from the support we received from our season ticket member base. We now begin the greatest journey in sport as the Calgary Flames enter the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs and our fight to bring the Cup back to Calgary. The C of Red is special, especially at playoff time, and you truly make the difference so enjoy every minute of it, wear your Red and let’s show the rest of the world who has the best fans in sport.
It is also time to ensure that your tickets are in order for the 2022/23 season. Please click “Renew Now” at the top of this page to login and view your 2022/23 Season Ticket renewal statement which reflects up to 40% off the door price and your renewal discount. Flames Easy-Pay streamlines the renewal process as your 2022/23 payments are ready to go based on your preferences from this season. Please review your enclosed statement and if no changes are required you are all set for the first installment on May 16th. Flames Easy Pay is the renewal process that will allow season ticket members to automatically renew for the following season without having to do a thing. You will be signed up on the same method of payment and payment plan as the previous season. It’s that easy.
Similar to many other monthly and annual commitments we all make, Flames Easy Pay will allow you to renew your tickets year after year without having to worry about deadlines. You can also take advantage of our monthly payment option spreading the cost of your tickets over the entire year without any payment plan fees or interest.
Zero risk. Each year you will have the opportunity to review your Flames Easy Pay Statement for the following season. If you decide you do not want to renew your tickets for the following season for whatever reason, simply contact your Account Manager, no problem.
Each season we will send out a Flames Easy Pay Statement outlining your contact information, seat location, price, and payment schedule for the following season. You will have the opportunity to review it and if no changes are required you don’t have to do a thing (other than verify your credit card including expiry date is up to date)– you are renewed for next season! We will process your method of payment on file. If you want to make changes to your payment method or payment plan just contact your Account Manager.
You’re not. Should you make the decision to not renew your tickets for the following season simply contact your Account Manager. You can also change your payment method or payment plan at any time.
Absolutely, simply contact your Account Manager to change your payment plan or payment method.
Our annual Seat Relocation Event will continue to be held in the early summer pending building availability. Renewed accounts have the opportunity to see available seats and relocate if they wish, as they do currently.
Yes. Flames Easy Pay is the renewal process for season ticket members. If you decide you do not want to renew your tickets for the following season for whatever reason, simply contact your Account Manager.
As part of Flames Easy Pay you should already be signed up on a payment plan based on how you paid for your season ticket membership the previous season. There are four payment options to choose from below if you would like to change from the current plan you are on.
Pay for your 2022-23 Membership over 10 monthly installments beginning May 16, 2022 and continuing on the 15th of each month until February 15, 2023.
Pay a 10% deposit on May 16, 2022 and the balance in full on August 15, 2022.
Pay for your 2022-23 Membership in 4 equal payments on May 16, July 15, September 15, and November 15, 2022.
Pay for your 2022-23 Membership in full on May 16, 2022.
The main ticket office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. The office is located in the NE corner of the Scotiabank Saddledome (access via 5th St. SE). Our friendly team would be happy to assist you with your renewal or any general inquiries.
